In October, the secondary housing market in the regional center saw a slight price drop, the average price per square meter was 56,734 rubles, 0.81 percent lower than a month earlier. Prices fell most in the Oktyabrsky district, where the price per square meter dropped to 61,199 rubles, as well as in the Pravoberezhny and Leninsky districts. In the Sverdlovsky district, the decline was the mildest, to 55,316 rubles per square meter.
In October of this year, in the regional center on the secondary residential real estate market, the average cost per square meter was 56,734 rubles. This is 0.81% less than last month.Thus, the average cost of a square meter of secondary housing in the Oktyabrsky District decreased by 1.19% to 61,199 rubles. In the Pravoberezhny District, it decreased by 0.91% to 59,227 rubles; in the Leninsky District, where the average price per square meter in October reached 46,888 rubles, the decrease was 0.87%.
The price per square meter of housing in the Sverdlovsky District fell by 0.33% to 55,316 rubles.
