The restriction is due to the construction of heating networks, and the routes of minibuses No. 4k and No. 64 will be changed. The Slyudyanskaya St. stop will also be temporarily moved in both directions, so passengers should check the new boarding and alighting points in advance.

Thus, minibuses No. 4k “C. Market – Rabochy Ave. - Kopay”, No. 64 “University District microdistrict – Rabochy Ave.”, when heading to the center after Barrikad St., will travel along Tulunskaya, Napolnaya, Zimnyaya, Barrikad streets and then along their routes. The “Slyudyanskaya St.” stop when heading to the center is moved from Barrikad St. to Napolnaya St. to the location of the existing tram stop “Kuibyshev Houses”.
The “Slyudyanskaya St.” stop when heading out of the center is moved forward in the direction of traffic beyond the Barrikad - Kurortnaya streets intersection to building No. 90.
