According to the Irkutsk Hydrometeorological Center, on November 12 snow is expected in some places in the Irkutsk region, with temperatures at night of -8,-13º, and with clearing -18,-23º, in the northern districts -13,-18º, in some places -23,-28º, during the day -1,-6º, in some places -11,-16º.In Irkutsk, no sharp cold snap is forecast for tomorrow — by morning and during the day light snow will fall in the city, with temperatures at night of -9,-11º, during the day -2,-4º.
