On Saturday, November 21, a big and delicious celebration is being held for Irkutsk residents and visitors to the city — the dumpling festival. The event begins at 2 p.m. at the Komsomoll shopping center.Visitors can look forward to tastings of this traditional dish, beloved by everyone, prepared according to different recipes by producers from across the region, dumpling-making master classes from the head chefs of leading restaurants, a dumpling speed-eating championship, prize contests, a chastushka battle, a concert, and a selfie with the largest dumpling.
Entertainment for the guests has been entrusted to hosts on the main stage, as well as animators at specially equipped venues.
