Elena Gileva was the only representative from Siberia

Elena Gileva became one of the winners of the international beauty contest Gold Model of the World 2015, held in Montenegro on the Adriatic Sea. She won the title Model of the Year, received a crown, sash and contract with an international agency, and spoke about the unusual and very serious preparation for the contest. Experienced participant and already organizer of the regional stage of Beauty of Russia, Elena hopes that Irkutsk will have a selection that will give other Siberian girls a chance to reach the European contest.

Elena Gileva became one of the winners of the international beauty contest Gold Model of the World 2015. It was held in Montenegro on the Adriatic Sea coast.
- The organizers found me themselves and invited me to take part. – To be honest, I was impressed by the high level at which the contest is held in Europe. The preparation was very serious: every day we worked with runway coaches, photographers, makeup artists, and designers. The photo shoot right in the sea turned out to be very unusual. But the final of the contest exceeded the boldest expectations – the runway we walked on extended right into the Adriatic Sea. To be honest, it was a little scary to walk on it, although it was fenced off.
But the winner is being modest; she has plenty of experience in beauty competitions. Her collection already includes the crowns of the contests “Miss Virtual Irkutsk-2011,” “Beauty of Irkutsk-2012,” “Beauty of Russia-2013,” “Miss Baikal-2014.” She has been photographed more than once for Irkutsk glossy magazines and for TV features. And now she herself is the organizer of the regional stage of the “Beauty of Russia” contest.
Elena won in the “Model of the Year” category, received the coveted crown and sash, as well as a contract to work with an international agency.
- In addition, together with the organizers we discussed the possibility of holding a regional selection in Irkutsk so that the winner next year could go to Montenegro, - Elena added. - This time I was the only participant from Siberia, but we have many beautiful girls who deserve a trip to Europe.
