A two year old child thrown out of a window by his own mother died in the hospital

One of the boys thrown from the eighth floor window by a resident of the Leninsky district has died, and the older child remains on a ventilator. The tragedy happened on November 27, a 32 year old woman from Irkutsk threw the children out and jumped herself, after which she died from her injuries. A criminal case has been opened over the attempted murder of two young children.

The tragedy occurred on November 27. The woman threw her children out and then jumped herself. The 32-year-old woman from Irkutsk died from her injuries, and the boys, aged two and four, were hospitalized.
According to the head of the family, there was no quarrel; the woman had recently been discharged from the hospital, where she had been staying with the younger child. This family was well-off and was not on record.
At the time of the tragedy, police officers were on the street; they called an ambulance. A criminal case has been opened over the incident on the grounds of an offense under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs “a, v” of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of two minors).
