Father Frost will come to Irkutsk for one day, and on December 29 he will be welcomed by residents of Angarsk.
Background: Veliky Ustyug in the Vologda Region has been declared the homeland of the national Father Frost since 1999. His residence is located there, where tourists come every year. Children send letters to Father Frost at the address of his house in Veliky Ustyug.
