An Irkutsk woman entered into a contract with one of the companies to carry out roofing work on her house.The company never fully finished the roof, and the woman went to court against the businessman so that he would return the 260,000 rubles she had paid for the work. But the entrepreneur had no intention of returning the money he had received.
