Through them you can submit applications and receive results for 16 municipal services and two housing programs, including Young Families Affordable Housing and Housing for the Russian Family. You can also register as needing housing and sign a social rental agreement.
The fourth single window for document submission has been opened in Irkutsk in the Oktyabrsky District. Through the single windows, which now operate in every district of the city, residents can submit applications and receive results for 16 municipal services and two programs.Also, here residents can register as needing residential premises provided under social tenancy agreements, and enter into a social tenancy agreement. In particular, through the single windows one can submit documents to participate in the programs “Young Families – Affordable Housing” and “Housing for the Russian Family.”
