In the Oktyabrsky District Court of Irkutsk, a hearing was held in the case of Yulia Kiseleva, accused of a fatal traffic accident on Baikalskaya. She refused to testify, and the court decided to bring absent witness Nikita Sokov by force. His testimony was read at the hearing, and the final decision is expected on January 14, 2016.

24 December, a hearing was held in the criminal case of Yulia Kiseleva at the Oktyabrsky District Court of Irkutsk. The culprit in the fatal traffic accident on Baikalskaya did not testify, having exercised her right to refuse questioning.
Witness Nikita Sokov, who was in the passenger seat of the Mercedes, failed to appear at the hearing again; he had already been repeatedly notified of the need to appear in court. His mobile phone is blocked, and he does not live at the address listed in the report.
Therefore, the court decided to bring the young man to the hearing by force.
Since he was not present at the hearing on 24 December, his testimony, taken during the preliminary investigation, was read out in court.
The final hearing will take place on 14 January 2016.
As a reminder, the accident occurred on the night of 27 July this year. Kiseleva's car crashed into a Toyota Highlander SUV that was standing at a red light; after the impact, it collided with two other cars. Behind the wheel of the Mercedes-Benz was the daughter of City Duma deputy Zhanna Eseva and the chief physician of City Clinical Hospital No. 10, Sergei Esev. In this crash, the head of the criminal investigation department of Police Department No. 4 of the Irkutsk city police, Albert Sokolov, and the head of a construction company, Denis Matveev, were killed.
