A 180 m² outpatient clinic has opened in a new residential building, with two general practice offices, a procedure room and a biomaterial collection room already operating. In the future it may be expanded into the neighboring space to receive specialists, and an emergency room may open in one of the clinics. For residents convenience, ramps, stroller parking and an attached population of up to 7 thousand people are provided.

A 180 m² premises on the first floor of a residential building was leased by the contractor on preferential terms. The outpatient clinic houses two general practice doctors’ offices, a treatment room, and a room for collecting biological material.
Perhaps in the future it will be expanded by adding the neighboring 360 m² premises. In that case, specialist doctors will also see patients there. When “Soyuz” is fully occupied, the attached population is expected to grow to 7,000 people. The new office also includes ramps and parking for baby strollers.
For reference: in 2015, outpatient clinics of Polyclinic No. 6 (27/2 Kostycheva St.) and Children’s Polyclinic No. 8 (255/4 Baumana St.), as well as the women’s consultation clinic of Polyclinic No. 4 in the Pervomaisky neighborhood, were opened after the pharmacy was modernized.
Appointments at the outpatient clinics will be handled not only by general practice doctors. Thus, a branch of the children’s dental clinic will appear in the Flagman residential complex in Studgorodok. Where space allows, offices for specialist doctors will be opened. One of the outpatient clinics is planned to open an emergency trauma room.
