In Irkutsk, light snow, variable cloudiness and minus 2 to minus 4 degrees are forecast. On February 8, snow will continue in most of the region, with gusts up to 14 m s and light blizzards, and at night the temperature may drop to minus 28 degrees with clearing.

On February 8, light to moderate snow is expected over most of the territory of the Irkutsk Region, wind of 5-10 meters per second, gusts up to 14 meters per second, and light blizzards. Temperatures will drop at night to -13 to -18º, and with clearing to -23 to -28º; in the western and southern areas, with cloudy weather, to -6 to -11º, and during the day to 0 to -5º, with -10 to -15º in some places.
