Today in Irkutsk a tram caught fire while moving, the incident happened near the Decembrists Museum stop and caused a temporary delay on the line. Rescuers quickly arrived and helped the driver put out the fire, no one was hurt, and the car was taken away without passengers. The cause is still to be determined, and this is not the first such case in the city recently.

The incident occurred at approximately 4:10 p.m. near the Decembrists Museum public transport stop.Rescuers arrived at the scene and helped the tram driver extinguish the fire. During the incident, a queue of five trams formed on the line, and car traffic was slightly impeded.
Fortunately, no one was injured. At 4:45 p.m., the firefighters left the tram, and the carriage was taken away without passengers. Specialists will have to determine what caused the fire.
