On March 12, regional competitions in winter multi-sport will take place at the Dynamo ski base and the Jubilee complex as part of the GTO League project. Everyone aged 18 to 49 can participate. 12th of March at the Irkutsk ski base "Dynamo" and at the physical culture and health complex "Yubileyny," regional competitions in winter multi-sport will take place as part of the sports project "GTO League."Anyone aged 18 to 49 without contraindications to physical activity can participate.
The winter multi-sport includes: skiing for men at 5 km and for women at 3 km, shooting from a pneumatic rifle at a distance of 10 m.
It also includes a triathlon: for men – kettlebell snatch, forward bend from a standing position with straight legs on a gym bench, standing long jump, and torso lift from a lying position on the back.
For women, push-ups include forward bend from a standing position with straight legs on a gym bench, standing long jump, and torso lift from a lying position on the back.
