In Irkutsk, an incident occurred when a tow truck took a car with a seven-year-old girl inside. The mother left the car at a bus stop and went to the supermarket, not noticing the vehicle was being towed for illegal parking. Juvenile inspectors are currently conducting an investigation.

In Irkutsk, a vehicle was towed along with a seven-year-old child who was inside the car. The incident occurred on March 8. According to witnesses, a woman left her car at a bus stop on Karl Marx Street near "Gastronom No. 1" and went to a nearby supermarket. She left her daughter in the vehicle.
When the woman came out of the store with her purchases, she did not see either the car or the child. It was later revealed that the vehicle was not stolen but towed due to improper parking. The tow truck driver did not notice the girl because of the tinted rear windows of the car.
Currently, juvenile affairs inspectors are conducting an investigation into the incident.
