Spring tree pruning in Irkutsk will cost the budget 4.6 million rubles. The city plans to trim 700 trees on 90 streets and more than 300 trees and shrubs in parks and squares. On average one plant costs 4600 rubles to prune, and the work is promised to be finished by May 1. In summer sanitary pruning of green spaces will begin, and in autumn dry and hazardous trees and shrubs will be removed from parks and squares.
