However, the residents of Klara Tsetkin Street decided not to wait for special equipment to arrive and to fight the potholes in their own way. Someone from the city placed a soft bed mattress base in a large hole in the asphalt. Well, why not? It solved several problems at once: it covered the hole, made the ride soft, and is visible from afar because it is made of white fabric.
Motorists appreciated the find. Every second person photographed the mattress in the hole and posted it on social media. That is how the mattress became very popular.
