The man was unconscious, and concerned residents called the police and an ambulance. Later he was taken to the regional hospital, where he was diagnosed and examined and treated.
According to preliminary data, on April 8 of this year, employees of City Clinical Hospital No. 1, after admitting a patient, took him out of the medical facility grounds in a wheelchair and left him on a bench in the courtyard of a residential building.The man was unconscious when the security guards left him. Concerned residents of Irkutsk called the police and an ambulance.
After some time, the citizen was taken to the regional hospital, where he was diagnosed, underwent a comprehensive examination, and received treatment.
According to the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Irkutsk Region, an investigation is currently underway, and all the circumstances of the incident are being established.
