In Irkutsk, a city celebration will be held at the monument to Alexander III, on Gagarin Boulevard and on Yunost Island, starting at 13.00. Guests will enjoy performances by 9 musical artists and groups, more than 40 play areas, and a large screen with live photos from the mobile app. One of the brightest moments will be the traditional mass bubble launch at 15.00, and the celebration will take place in any weather.
The city event will take place near the monument to Alexander III, on Gagarin Boulevard, as well as on Yunost Island. It will begin at 13:00.“Overall, the program is traditional: beloved Irkutsk bands and guests from Moscow will perform, and throughout the festival there will be activity zones,” the organizers of the celebration said. “This year there is a major initiative from the partners, all the zones are very interesting, and it is worth coming to the festival to see everything with your own eyes.”
In total, this year 9 musical performers and groups will appear for residents and guests of Irkutsk, and more than 40 activity zones will be operating. Near the stage there will be a large screen with a live broadcast from a mobile app, which will display photos taken by festival guests and marked with certain hashtags.
The traditional mass bubble launch will take place at 15:00.
