"On the eve of the 355th anniversary of the city of Irkutsk, the Youth Parliament of the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region is presenting its gift to the regional center. The 'I Love Irkutsk' stele will become an interesting attraction, a center of attraction for youth, city residents, guests, and foreigners," the Youth Parliament group reported.
Irkutsk residents, members of the Youth Parliament, and local entrepreneurs participated in raising funds for the creation and installation of the stele.
