Scientists installed new digital cameras at a depth of 200 meters in Baikal, and now anyone can watch video from the bottom of the worlds cleanest lake. The broadcast will be online in 4D format, on the page you can rotate the image and view it from all sides.

Videos from the bottom of the cleanest lake on the planet will be available for everyone to see. New digital cameras have been installed by scientists at a depth of 200 meters in Lake Baikal.
Images from the depths will be broadcast on the internet. The broadcast is expected to be in four-dimensional format. Right on the streaming page, you can “rotate” the image and see what is happening from all sides.
The device installed on the bottom consists of four video cameras, and this is what will make it possible to obtain a multidimensional image. Employees of the Baikal Museum of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences invented a special structure to hold the cameras. An even greater challenge was providing power. After all, such a device cannot be placed at depth on batteries — replacing them would be extremely costly. The need for uninterrupted power is ensured by laying a cable from the shore along the bottom.
