A regional branch of German Sterligovs Anti crisis Settlement and Commodity Center has opened in Irkutsk, offering an alternative payment system without relying on cash. The center works as an information base for exchanging goods and services, helping businesses and citizens find mutually beneficial deals in a difficult economic situation. According to the organizers, the usual goods money goods scheme here turns into a chain of exchanges where money is involved only at the end.

The Anti-Crisis Settlement and Commodity Center, headed by entrepreneur German Sterligov, has opened a regional branch in Irkutsk. The center offers a way to do without cash.
In today’s difficult economic situation, many enterprises and private individuals are experiencing a shortage of money, while at the same time the obligations they have taken on remain in force and often become impossible to fulfill. The Anti-Crisis Settlement and Commodity Center, which already has offices in many countries around the world, offers an original solution to this problem. A branch of this center has recently opened in Irkutsk.
The organization offers an alternative settlement system that does not reject money, but minimizes its role in commodity turnover. In essence, the center is a large information database on the availability of goods and services that various enterprises or citizens are ready to provide in exchange for other goods and services.
According to the head of the Center, German Sterligov, the familiar formula for all of us, “goods-money-goods,” is changed in this case to the formula “goods-goods-goods-goods,” but at the end of the chain there is necessarily money, and money is used to pay not for the goods being purchased, but for the one that comes first in the chain.
Applications can be submitted for any type of goods and services not prohibited from circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation. Hundreds of settlement centers are being created around the world so as to be within walking distance for everyone. Through them, the system is constantly replenished with information in the form of requests for exchange of goods and non-payments. The Irkutsk branch is located at 122 Piskunova Street.
