In the Irkutsk region from March 16 to 26, 2009, a hotline on alcohol sales will operate. Residents can report dubious alcohol quality and sales without a license, and all information will be passed to law enforcement. Calls are accepted on weekdays at 24-18-27 from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
Specialists from the Consumer Market and Licensing Department of the Irkutsk Region intend to reduce the number.From March 16 to 26, 2009, a “hotline” will be operating on issues related to activities in this area. For 10 days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on weekends, specialists will take calls from residents throughout the region.
Every resident of the region can report by phone cases of the sale of alcoholic beverages whose quality and legality are in doubt, as well as businesses selling alcohol without a license. When providing information, it is necessary to give your surname, first name and patronymic, and residential address. All information will be forwarded to law enforcement agencies.
