This summer 79 thousand children in Irkutsk region will be able to rest at the expense of Rossotsstrakh. 308 million rubles have been allocated for children's recreation. About 900 school sites, 29 round the clock camps and 52 camps under social insurance will open in the region, and 100 vouchers to the Black Sea coast are also planned. Due to economic difficulties some enterprises cannot pay for vouchers, so the Social Insurance Fund is ready to reimburse up to 90 to 100 percent of their costs.
79 thousand children in the Irkutsk region will be able to rest in the summer at the expense of Rossotsstrakh. 308 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes.About nine hundred summer grounds at schools and 29 round-the-clock camps will operate in the region. 100 children’s vouchers to the Black Sea coast have been allocated. Under the social insurance line, 52 summer camps will open. The average cost of one day in them, approved by the regional government, is 502 rubles. The parents’ co-payment is no more than 30 percent. The remaining amount is paid by the enterprise. However, due to economic difficulties, many are unable to support their employees. Therefore, a decision was made to provide additional assistance from Rossotsstrakh.
- A budget-funded enterprise provides us with documentation that they are in a difficult situation and truly cannot pay for the vouchers, and then we take 90% of their expenses into account, and sometimes even 100%, - says Rosa Dambueva, manager of the Irkutsk regional branch of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.
