The people who nominated me for the scholarship probably know better. Well, yes, I think, for an active stance in life, for work in the public sphere. In particular, I took part in Student Self-Government Day," says Yevgeny Dyachev, a student at the Russian Academy of Law.
This year it is very nice to see the guys who took part in student self-government, the city council. They are active in their studies, in life, they are already worthy citizens. I am glad to see familiar faces, says Dmitry Abramovich, head of the Department for Physical Culture, Sports and Youth Policy of the Irkutsk administration.
