In addition, the insurance part of survivor pensions will be recalculated annually, and refusal of social benefits will now remain in effect until the person decides to change it.

Double pension increase. Starting August 1, the insurance portion of it will increase by 7.5 percent for all pensioners. In addition, those who continue working while retired will also receive an increase.
The new changes to the law came into force in July of this year. Previously, working pensioners had to come once every 12 months and write an application for a pension adjustment. Now the recalculation will be carried out automatically every year starting August 1. At present, more than 250,000 pensioners are working in the Angara region. Today at a meeting with journalists, Pension Fund employees also said that after the adoption of the new law, they will not abandon the old scheme.
- Such a person may contact us. He will have to write an application refusing the adjustment, without an application. And at his request, we will still carry out the recalculation. And only the date will not be August 1, but the date of his application. Pension Fund employees also said that the procedure for refusing the set of social services now works differently as well. It is enough to write an application once to replace benefits with money, and this will remain in effect until the person changes his mind. That is, until he wishes to receive medicines instead of money and use the right to free travel.
- That is, this application will now be valid not only until December 31, 2009, it will now be valid until he comes to the Pension Fund and writes an application saying that he has decided to take back part of the benefits.
