Officers of the Kirovsky District Police Department detained the suspects in hot pursuit. They are two young men. Residents of the Ust-Orda District. Both are students, one a future manager, the other studying to be a lawyer. They are currently in custody. Most likely, they will face an administrative penalty in the form of a fine.
