Sergey Petrov has been appointed head of the consumer market and licensing service of Irkutsk Oblast

Governor of Irkutsk Region Sergei Eroshchenko signed an order appointing Sergei Borisovich Petrov to a new post. The message also gives his biography, he was born in Balagansk, studied law, and rose from supply engineer to head of the regions consumer market and licensing service.

The corresponding order was signed by the Governor of the Irkutsk Region, Sergey Eroshchenko.
Sergey Borisovich Petrov was born in 1965 in the settlement of Balagansk, Irkutsk Region. He graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a degree in Law. Since 1992, he worked as a supply engineer at CJSC "Irkutsk Bread Factory"; in 2003, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Supply at LLC "Transport Company of the Irkutsk Bread Factory", and then at CJSC "Irkutsk Bread Factory". In 2009, he headed the consumer market and licensing service of the Irkutsk Region.
