The metal Dragon sculpture is temporarily at the Irkutskavtodor municipal enterprise base, Dmitry Kakunin said. It remains owned by the Blacksmiths Union, which plans to restore it and find a new location with the city administration.
As reported by Dmitry Kakunin, Deputy Head of the Department of Road Construction, Improvement, and Transport of the Irkutsk City Administration, the metal Dragon sculpture is currently temporarily located at the premises of the municipal unitary enterprise “Irkutskavtodor.” Its owner is the public organization “Union of Blacksmiths,” which plans to restore the sculpture and find it a new location in agreement with the mayor’s office.As a reminder, Yuri Abramovich Nozhikov was the first governor of the Irkutsk Region, who led the region from 1991 to 1997.
