In Irkutsk, traffic will be temporarily restricted on two road sections due to test work on the overpass being built as part of the 4th launch complex of the bridge crossing over the Angara. On September 21 and 22, the Sedov Street section at the entrance from the Academic Bridge will be closed, and on September 28 and 29, Baikalskaya Street from Piskunov to 4th Sovetskaya.

From 11 p.m. on September 21 until 7 a.m. on September 22, the section of Sedova Street at the entrance from Akademichesky Bridge will be closed.
From 11 p.m. on September 28 until 7 a.m. on September 29, Baikalskaya Street from Piskunov to 4th Sovetskaya will be closed to vehicular traffic.
