In Irkutsk, the implementation of the one stop information system for municipal services continues. Preparation for automating the remaining 37 services is complete, and the launch will take place in three stages, first trial operation, then test delivery of 15 services, and from September the list will expand to 44. Among them are permits for advertising structures, approval of housing remodeling, and registering children for kindergarten.
The development of the information system began in 2011. In 2012, it was refined. In particular, a test operation of 7 automated administrative regulations for the provision of municipal services was carried out. To date, preparations have been made to automate the remaining 37 services. According to Alexey Shcherbakov, the further process of debugging and launching the “single window” system will take place in three stages: from February to April, the system will undergo trial operation; from April to September, the provision of municipal services in a “one-stop” mode will begin in test mode (at that time, 15 services will be provided); from September, the list of municipal services provided in the “single window” mode will be expanded to 44.Among the municipal services that Irkutsk residents will be able to receive in the single-window mode are: issuance of permits for the installation of advertising structures; acceptance of applications and issuance of documents approving the redevelopment and remodeling of residential premises; acceptance of applications and registration of children based on enrollment in kindergarten.
