In Irkutsk 10 entrepreneurs will receive subsidies totaling 1.332 million rubles. Part will offset rent, and part will support business startup. A new aid form for new entrepreneurs, in effect since July 2012, is in demand. Among recipients is a child care group project in Raduzhny district.
At the Supervisory Board for the Support of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, a decision was made to support 10 entrepreneurs who applied for a subsidy to the administration of the city of Irkutsk. Subsidies were granted in the amount of 1,332 thousand rubles.Six entrepreneurs received budget funds to compensate part of their expenses for paying rent. Among them are manufacturing enterprises, companies providing services in the beauty and health sector, public catering, and auto repair services. Three applicants received support at the initial stage of running a business. Only one of the three applicants received a subsidy to create their own business - individual entrepreneur Viktoria Tokareva. She plans to open a childcare group in the Raduzhny microdistrict. The funds from the budget will be used to compensate expenses for the purchase of equipment. The entrepreneur will be reimbursed up to 80% of the costs of purchasing basic equipment (no more than 150 thousand rubles).
“The subsidy for creating your own business is a new form of support that began operating in the city in July 2012,” commented Deputy Mayor and Chairman of the Committee for Economics Alexey Almukhamedov. “It is intended for beginning entrepreneurs whose business has been operating for 3 to 6 months. The main thing the Supervisory Board pays attention to is the development of the business plan.”
To receive a subsidy for creating your own business, 10 applications have already been submitted to the Committee for Economics, which shows that it is in demand.
When making a decision on allocating a subsidy, members of the Supervisory Board, which includes administration employees and Duma deputies, are guided by priorities. Among them are support for enterprises in the production and manufacturing sectors, and social business.
This year, 4.6 million rubles have been allocated in the city budget to support small and medium-sized businesses, and another 2 million rubles for these purposes came in the form of a subsidy from the regional budget. In total, in 2012, 19 entrepreneurs received non-repayable financial support in the total amount of 2,647 thousand rubles.
