On 18 July the village on the shore of Baikal held a parade of vessels, a fair and a concert; a contract has been signed to rebuild the Rogatka pier.

On 18 July 2026 Listvyanka celebrated its 300th anniversary. A parade of ships took place on the waters of Baikal, a fair and festive venues were open for residents and visitors, and a concert was held in the evening. “Listvyanka is a unique settlement, a place of power with unique nature and great opportunities for development,” said governor Igor Kobzev.

For the anniversary a viewing platform was built at the monument to Alexander Vampilov. A contract has recently been signed to rebuild the Rogatka pier; the governor proposed combining it with the viewing platform into a single space. Over the last two years 8.27 km of street lighting have been installed from Nikola to the Ferris wheel, and the car park at the Vampilov monument has been enlarged to 45 spaces.
