The art objects will be placed along tourist routes for the village’s 300th anniversary; the festive season will end with the omul festival.
Bronze figures of the Rybov family (the name comes from the Russian word for “fish”) will appear in Listvyanka, placed along special tourist routes. The art objects are linked with the festival “V Listvyanke Yest” (“There Is Food in Listvyanka”), held from 1 August to 3 September 2026 in honour of the village’s 300th anniversary. The programme will close with the tenth omul festival with 500 litres of ukha fish soup.
The events are part of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality”. Yevgenia Nikolaeva, head of the regional tourism agency, noted that the region is focusing on event tourism and building a lasting brand for the area.
