A Russian record was registered by a judge of the gastronomic book of records; 2,700 portions were handed out to guests.
At the tenth, anniversary omul festival in Listvyanka 586 litres of ukha fish soup were cooked instead of the planned 500 — a Russian record registered by Yulia Litvinenko, a judge of the gastronomic book “Records of Russia”. The soup took 210 kg of fish (mainly muksun, and also pike), 160 kg of potatoes, 60 kg of onions and 30 kg of carrots. The cooking was led by chef Natalya Kolyadenko, and guests, including children, helped to chop the ingredients.
2,700 portions were handed out, and more than three thousand people came to the festival in total. The first festival in 2014 was the graduation project of its founder, Yekaterina Bryukhanova; that time, despite bad weather, about 200 people came.
